Year in Pie

Where did the year go?

I feel 2016 flew by and that's probably because almost 50% of the year was dedicated to getting married (showers, bachelor/bachelorette, the wedding weekend, and the honeymoon) or being in weddings (showers, bachelorettes, the wedding weekends) or attending weddings (the big day). There were some other fun non-wedding highlights too. Check out the pie below!

WITH WEDDING 603.5 hours were dedicated to our wedding. Whether it was meeting event people, creating decor, or the big day itself. 216 hours were all for planning and enjoying our honeymoon. 190 hours were partying it up at bridal showers and our bachelor + bachelorette parties 174 hours were all for fun Bridesmaids duties. I was in 2 other weddings this summer! 42 hours were celebrating as guests at 2 other weddings. WITH FAMILY 435 hours were spent with family. 53 hours were escaping rooms and climbing walls in Colorado with Ryan's brother and girlfriend. 8.5 hours were mournfully spent at Ryan's grandmother's wake + funeral. With Friends 379 hours were spent with friends. 102 hours were boozing it up in Chicago with friends. WITH RY 96 hours were spent dog sitting lil River. 42.5 hours were small spontaneous dates between Ryan and I. 34.5 hours were spent on Mystery Dates. Each month we take turns planning a surprise date for the other. 32 hours were spent at concerts, stand up, musicals, and shows. 21 hours were piled-drived in the Wrestlepalooza ring. 13.5 hours were used in planning Ryan's surprise 30th birthday. 9 hours were anxiety-ridden during the election coverage. 6 hours were spent cheering at Hockey games. 6 hours were excitedly dedicated to the beginning searches for our new home. with SELF CARE 42.5 hours were all I spent at the gym this year. Oops. 27.5 hours were all for making my hair that fiery red I love. 22 hours were in doctor offices - because 2017 is all about saying good-bye to those 2016 illnesses. 4 hours were all for browsing and buying at the Farmer's Market. WITH SIDE hustle 193 hours were dedicated to my side design "just for fun" projects 75 hours were dedicated to freelance projects.
